7. Installation Conditions
Our goal is to ensure a smooth, professional experience. Please review the following installation terms:

  • Scheduling: Installation is typically scheduled once the 50% deposit is received. Most projects are completed within 10–14 business days.
  • Access Requirements: The client must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the windows and the property during the scheduled installation time. Pets should be secured, and furniture must be moved away from windows prior to our arrival unless previously arranged.
  • Building Restrictions: If your building requires proof of insurance, elevator scheduling, parking passes, or authorization for vendor access, this must be coordinated in advance. Any resulting delays due to lack of documentation or access will be rescheduled and may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Electrical Needs: For motorized systems, clients must confirm the availability of power outlets or hardwiring readiness. Our installers will not make electrical modifications.
  • Wall Conditions: Astral is not responsible for hidden structural issues (e.g., hollow walls, concrete, or drywall deterioration) that interfere with secure installation. We may suggest alternative mounting solutions or refer to a contractor.
  • Delays Due to Force Majeure: Delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, vendor delays, supply chain issues) may impact your installation timeline. We will keep you informed and reschedule promptly.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation. Failure to pay may result in lien filings or further collection efforts.

8. Warranties & Repairs
We provide warranties on both materials and installation. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Improper use, tampering, or third-party modifications void the warranty.


9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

16. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering custom solutions designed specifically for each space. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

16.1 Custom Product Policy
All of our window treatments—including roller shades, blackout systems, zebra shades, and drapery—are made-to-order based on exact measurements, selected fabrics, and customer specifications. As such, orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

16.2 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirming the quote and paying the deposit. Cancellations must be requested by email at info@astralwindows.com and confirmed by our team in writing.

After 24 hours or once production has started (whichever comes first), your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable to cover materials, labor, and administrative processing.

16.3 Installation Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your installation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $100 rescheduling fee to cover logistics and labor planning.

16.4 Refunds for Faulty Products or Workmanship
If a product arrives damaged or is installed incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will promptly replace or repair it at no additional cost. You must notify us of any issues within 7 calendar days of installation.

We do not offer refunds for issues related to improper use, unauthorized modifications, or problems caused by building conditions (e.g., crumbling drywall, hidden wiring, or pipe interference).
